UN Nuclear Assembly Votes in Favour of Israel Nuclear Weapon

Kuwaiti Ambassador Sadiq Marafi

On Thursday September 20 2014, the fourth day of the 58th General Conference of International Atomic Energy Agency, (IAEA) which held in Vienna, fifty eight member states of the IAEA voted in favour of Israel keeping its nuclear weapons of mass destruction and against a draft resolution submitted by the Arab States regarding israeli “Nuclear Capabilities”, which called on Israel to join the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). 45 states vote in favour of the resolution and 27 abstained, other states were absent.

The resolution, which is non-binding, condemns Israel, calls on it to join the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and make its nuclear facilities subject to international supervision. Kuwaiti Ambassador Sadiq Marafi introduced the draft resolution and criticized what he called Israel’s “provocative and aggressive attitude” and described the country as “the only obstacle on a way to create a nuclear weapon-free zone in the Middle East.”

Arab states submitted a non-binding resolution on israel nuclear weapons during the past years. The courageous step, which was impeded because of the cowed silence of the international community and the IAEA member states regarding the lack of movement in efforts to create a Middle East zone free of weapons of mass destruction, was strongly opposed by israel, USA, Canada, Britain, New Zealand, Australia and the EU, who all colluded to thwart consecutive draft resolutions in this regards introduced by Arab states.

Laura Kennedy, US envoy

During the past three days and since the opening session of the 58th IAEA General Conference on Sep, 22 2014, USA delegates engaged in a systematic campaign against the Arab States draft resolution. US delegates were seen wandering the conference room and systematically meeting with all country delegations, speaking to delegates representing small countries which rely on US and EU financial aid. It was clear that the US and israeli representatives to the IAEA “recommended” to these other countries to vote against the draft resolution introduced by the Arab states.

According Haaretz newspaper, for the last three months the Foreign Ministry and the Committee for Nuclear Energy made a global diplomatic effort to foil the Arab nations’ efforts. All of Israel’s diplomatic missions worldwide were conscripted for the task, and Israeli ambassadors raised the issue to the highest officials in their respective countries.

Mr. Netanyahu, the radical Avigdor Lieberman and the war criminal Moshe Ya’alon also joined the efforts and called up their counterparts around the globe and convince them to vote against the the Arab State draft resolution.

Mr. Reza Najafi, Iran’s ambassador to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said: “Israel has violated all international norms and regulations, Israeli dark record of state terrorism, attacks or threat of attacks to the neighbors, and irresponsible and brutal behavior of Israel in the region… make it more urgent for the international community to put an end to nuclear capability of this regime.”

The thwarting of the draft resolution on israeli Nuclear Weapons clearly shows the double standards of the state members of the IAEA towards the major issue of the Middle East zone free of weapons of mass destruction, which threaten the security of the whole region.

The US opposed the resolution. Laura Kennedy, US envoy said in her comment: “It lessens confidence among the regional parties and diminishes the prospect for constructive dialogue.” The USA and Canada “justified” their rejection claiming that the draft resolution, if adopted, would be counterproductive.

Separately, the conference voted 117-0, with 13 abstentions, in favor of a resolution submitted by Egypt that called on “all states in the region” to join the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.

In 2010, the world powers voted in favour of a draft resolution submitted by Egypt and proposed international conference on ridding the Middle East region of nuclear and other weapons of mass destruction.

How can anyone take the UN and its Security Council seriously?”.

So, what was the vote, state by state? And what were the inducements or threats offered to win votes?
Seems like your article is missing a lot of information.

  • it would be wise to get hold of nuclear weapons and deliverys systems for the arab nations to enable them deterrence against the most evil regimes the world has ever known. how many millions more muslims should die for the foolish shortsightedness of the muslim leaders for being militarily weak leading to whole countrys being robbed, citizens killed, children denied right to life while the same shaitaans preach us muslims to peace and security and human rights plus non -proliferation of WMD,s while giving israel everything it wants, not needs!

i fear what the prophet of islam predicted that in the end times, scum will be leaders causing the mass killing of arabs by biological warfare from israell to occur.

Just opened the door for a new nuclear arms race. The UN has become an irrelevant political organization that is disregarded at every turn – and it wonders why.

We already know from the public testimony of high level military personnel in the US and Russia that Extraterrestrial forces have demonstrated repeatedly that they have the capability, will and the permission to violate the prime directive in order to preserve us all from direct effects of a nuclear explosion and that they have in both the USA Russia and other nuclear powers shown the governments that have such weapons how easy it is for them to can shut their nuclear weapons off and totally neutralize the total nuclear capability of every nuclear weapon on the planet and they have targeting capabilities to do this and not allow a single weapon to slip through so it is really just an exercise in mental masturbation to worry about something that is no longer a problem anyway and besides scalar weapons make nukes obsolete and with nukes no longer posing a threat to humanity because it is impossible to cause us any harm at all with the ET’s watching over humanity I can see no reason to fear any nuclear capability from any country as these weapons are instantly going to be neutralized by ET’s if they are targeting and fired towards any population center. Scalar weapons will probably be curtailed as well if such things were to be used as a way to accomplish a dark agenda that would harm people. If anything the PTB need to fear that these ET’s will soon be coming for them to take them into custody when they finally reveal themselves to the human race and perhaps they are waiting on us to do that for ourselves so they can land and share the wonder of their awesome technologies so we can enjoy access to all the needed technologies that we see in fiction.
