Mossad Abducts a Palestinian in Egypt

wael abu RaideUpdate: Wael Hassan Abu Raide was not abducted in Egypt but he was handed over to Israel by the Egyptian authoroties after he had applied for the Egyptian nationality at the Ministry of foreign affairs in Cairo.

On June 21 2013, an Egyptian from the Ministry of foreign affairs called abu Raide for a meeting and he went to meet him but did not return. the Egyptian authoroties covered the issue as if it was nobody has disappeared on there territory.

Palestinian local source reported that the Israeli Mossad abducted a Palestinian citizen Wael Hassan Abu Raide, 32, from Khuza’a town, east of Khan Younis refugee camp. According to the same source Abu Riada is a former activist at the Islamic Jihad. He was travelling to Egypt with his wife “Amani” and son who suffers of cancer and receives medical treatment there. The source said that Abu Reida was taken to an Israeli detention center following his abduction from Egypt.

Mr. Maneour Abu Raide, brother’s of Hassan stated that he received a call on his personal handy in which an israeli intelligence officer informed him that his brother had been abducted by Mossad and was being imprisoned in Israel.

The questions are: How did the Mossad elements abduct Hassan while he was in Egypt? Who allows the Mossad free access to the Republic of Egypt? Was the abduction of Hassan organized between the Egyptian and the Israeli intelligence services?

Egyptian sources stated that elements of the israeli intelligence organization “Shabak” are working unimpeded at the International Airport of Cairo. They stop and question the passengers without intervention of the Egyptian airport security.

Following the abduction of Abu Raide several rockets were fired Sunday night from the Gaza Strip toward southern Israel.

    Kawther,

Everybody was so afraid (or excited) when Mobarak fell, and Morsi got in. The Zionists wondered if the sky was falling. Others thought finally the people will be represented in Egypt, something not true back through the governance of Sadat. Many of us thought the first order of business would be the reevaluation of the treaty with Israel. Surely, the Muslim Brotherhood is going to want to redress some of the injustices built into this treaty that the Egyptian people — I think — have never supported. And so on.

Well, you could say we were fools about Obama, and fools about Morsi and the Brotherhood. Because nothing changed, in Washington, in Cairo, or in the territories. I could forgive Sadat for being a dupe, and Mubarak for being a calculating scoundrel. Those are adequate reasons to betray the integrity of your nation and sell out to the Zionists. Adequate excuses anyway. Those bad leaders did their best …. as bad leaders. But Morsi? I never saw that coming.

I can’t believe that the Muslim Brotherhood — persecuted since the time of Nasser — would perpetuate the Zionist hegemony of the region, and for what? Egypt was a force to be reckoned with from the end of WW II right up until 1978, when Sadat signed away the store. No, they did not always win, and they weren’t rich. But they were the Arab power of the Middle East. They had to be watched, they had to be respected. In the last years of Mubarak Egypt was just for tourism. And now, with the unrest, not even that.

Thank you for your reporting Kawther.
