Israel Should be Tried for War Crimes

Jan. 15 2010 (AP). Israelis who authorized the use of white phosphorous in densely populated Gaza should be tried for war crimes, a British Labour Party legislator said Friday, after entering the Hamas-ruled territory with 60 European parliamentarians.

The lawmakers are visiting Gaza to draw attention to the territory’s “evil blockade” by Israel and Egypt, said the Labour legislator, Gerald Kaufman. The closure was first imposed in 2006, after Hamas-allied militants captured an Israeli soldier.
Kaufman also spoke in support of attempts by pro-Palestinian groups in Britain to get Israeli politicians and army officers arrested once they step on British soil. Britain has a “universal jurisdiction” law that allows prosecution of alleged war criminals whose crimes have no direct connection with Britain.

“We have had a fuss in our country about the inability of certain Israeli politicians to visit Britain for fear of being arrested,” said Kaufman, frequently an outspoken critic of Israeli policies. “Anybody who uses white phosphorus should be arrested and should be tried for war crimes.”

“But when we read of an Israeli politician being afraid of being arrested in Britain, we remember that 1.5 million people in Gaza are under arrest every day of their lives by the Israelis, suffering depravation, hunger, lack of satisfactory medical treatment, lack of screws to put school desks together so your children can learn,” Kaufman added.
In Beirut, meanwhile, the top leader of Hamas, Khaled Mashaal, urged Egypt to stop its construction of an underground steel wall along its border with Gaza. Walls are built “between enemies, not brothers,” Mashaal said in a rare criticism of Egypt.

Egypt’s underground anti-tunnel barrier of steel beams, now under construction, could eventually seal Gaza’s southern border, block hundreds of smuggling tunnels and deprive Gaza’s Hamas rulers of their only lifeline.

Speaking at a conference in Beirut, the Damascus, Syria-based Mashaal urged Egypt to take “its rightful, leading role” in the Arab and Muslim world and force Israel to lift its siege on Gaza.

  • Israel should have been tried in an International Court dozens of times over for their treatment of Palestinians and their actions in the occupied territories. White Phosphorous is a disgusting weapon that burns through the skin leaving nothing but bones and clothing. But certain countries are immune to the rules that try to govern the rest of us. With all our talk in the West of modernity, freedom, human rights and equality its a sad, sad state of being.

  • It is utterly apparent to the world that “Israel,” the depraved Zionist invention of Europe and the United States, is an evil victimizer of innocent people, especially the Palestinians, and all others in the region.

The only just course is to readmit all Palestinians to Palestine. At the same time all of the responsible Zionists throughout the world, both Jew and Gentile, must be tried for their crimes. Full right to govern their own land must be given back to the Palestinian people.

    Free Palestine!!!

  • There is no choice. If Israel is not tried and somehow brought to compensate its crimes, those very crimes and atrocities will subconsciously, but inevitably, become established as tolerable norms into (especially) Western society. Only catastrophe can follow from here – not just for loss of the West’s dignity and discretion to know right and wrong, good and evil, but also for not imposing restraint against Israel’s mad-dog rampage.

Severe sanctions should be imposed until Israel accepts to compensate its heinous behaviour. Sizeable and strategically selected Israeli settlements should be handed over to the Palestinians.

This should effectively downsize Israeli supremacist psychosis and also give the US an opportunity to pull (its neck) away from Israeli vampirism of multi US billions.

Of course this cannot be until the US either ratifies its membership to the Statutes of Rome, or as an alternative, the UN finds a way to limit (Jewish dominated) US veto power in the Security Council which until now has invariably allowed Israel impunity.

Tell God not to forget Australia and Canada and a lot of other Zionist infested nations also should be tried in his court for their part in these crimes, and just for standing idly by and facilitating them.

Peter James, this ‘God’ you speak of is responsible for all of the atrocities committed by the zionists against the Palestinian people, and by any other ‘religious’ group against others, throughout history.

The bible, the talmud and the quran are all nothing but a mandate for slaughter, mutilation, slavery and ethnic cleansing, and religions a means of getting people to enact these atrocities.

These bizarre dark ages sects have no place in the modern world, a world that they all seem intent on destroying.

A figment of the imagination cannot try anybody.

What Isreals have done has angered me on more than one ocassion. I’m not anti-semetic, for there are things that the Palestinians do that cause anger too. It’s just that I thought that it was wrong to have a Jewish state created in the first place. It set a precedent that has caused nothing but trouble since it’s inception. I’m part Native American and I know too well the European treatment of my kind. We weren’t even good enough to be slaves to them. But, I don’t believe that we should carve out a territory for the American Indian to have as their own country either.
Isreal reminds me of Nazi Germany in the way they treat those who have had there homes destroyed, of course that’s not saying much for I feel that America has come a long way in it’s own way towards being Facist.
The great statesman John Adams said over 200 years ago that if America persued a course of conquest that it would lose its soul. It has come to pass, just as it has come to pass for Isreal.
Who wants to live in a country where there is constant conflict. A world wide revolution is coming and sadly the innocent will perish along with the guilty, for that seems the way these things work out.
I wish you the best, happiness, security, love.

    Dear Miss Kawter

Just want to tell you that you are very brave!
I am living in “zionist” city where criticising Israel is not possible, in a fact in none of the EU countries is that possible

It makes me sick and i have decided not to be silence on what his happening to the Palestinian people or on other crimes committed by the talmudic zionists (like 911)

I am convinced 911 was a Mossad/MI5/CIA false flag operation

The whole world is drawn into misery because of these satanists

I like to be kept updated by your articles if that is possible

    Best regards and in Freedom

PJMcNeil, the bible and the talmud are totally opposite each other. For instance, the bible condemns beastiality, while the talmud condones it. The talmud is the written version of “oral traditions” of the jews, it is NOT the Word of God, and those who revere the talmud are not jews in God’s eyes. (Read the book of Revelation where Jesus talks about those who say they are jews but are not, and what their fate will be.)
The bible mandates righteous living in love and hamony with one’s fellow man, which is quite opposite to the false jews’ view of us ‘goyim’ as animals to be cheated, enslaved, or exterminated. Until these false ‘jewish’ sects are exterminated, there will be no peace. Sadly, we will have to wait a while, because prophecy indicates only the Messiah will succeed in bringing down these enemies of life and peace. My sympathies are with the long-suffering Palestinians, may God rescue them from the hands of tyranny soon.

The Good is all that which is proper to the life of a rational while all that which destroys it is the evil. The State of Israel is a bastion of Western Civilization in a region saturated with primitive and barbaric superstition. The Israelis are shinning examples of enlightened self-interest and human advancement while the Palestinians are backward savages. Western Civilization’s culture of achievement and innovation is proper and beneficial to life of rational men. The Palestinian culture of death and religious superstition is disgusting and reprehensible. It is in the best interest of humanity in general to relocate the barbarians to some other location and to assist the Israelis in building a higher order Civilization. The large number of high tech companies in Tel Aviv is positive evidence that Israeli enterprise is superior to that of neighboring cultures. Consider The United States defeated and moved the indigenous peoples of North America onto reservations because they were savage barbarians with no value. The British conquered and rightfully exterminated the Tasmanians because they were savage barbarians with no value. The Spanish and Portuguese conquered and enslaved the indigenous peoples of South America because they were savage barbarians with no value. Few would deny the rightness of those historical actions. It is right and good to suppress savage barbarians because goodness is entailed by actions that benefit one’s own self and those who share one’s values and culture. The most beneficial human culture is that of Western Civilization, for it values material prosperity and technological innovation to further achieve material prosperity. Cultures that embrace silly superstitions of gods and super-natures like that of the so called Palestinians or their erstwhile sympathizers are inferior and hence detrimental to human progress and individual achievement. Additionally, neither goodness or evil is entailed by any emotional state, so the pain and suffering of savage barbarians does not constitute evil. Therefore, it is morally good to assist the Israelis and to suppress or relocate the Palestinians to reservations.

    • Henry

Kevin, you are either very good at being sarcastic or else you are an utterly ignorant and bigotted fool. I suspect the latter is the case because if the intent was purely sarcastic, I would have at least expected some disclaimer in your post.

“The Good is all that which is proper to the life of a rational while all that which destroys it is the evil.”

Wrong. Good and evil and not defined this way. God defines good as following his rules for righteous conduct, and evil as violating his rules for righteous conduct. Since your definition of good and evil is meaningless, self-serving, and impotent, I’ll stick with God’s definition thanks.

“The State of Israel is a bastion of Western Civilization in a region saturated with primitive and barbaric superstition. ”

Wrong. The state of Israel is not a bastion of Western Civilisation. The barbaric evil deeds of the IDF toward the hapless Palestinians shows there is little in the way of ‘civilisation’ to be found among Israelis. Perhaps you confuse civilisation with technological advancement.
“The large number of high tech companies in Tel Aviv is positive evidence that Israeli enterprise is superior …” Indeed, you DO confuse the two!

“It is right and good to suppress savage barbarians because goodness is entailed by actions that benefit one’s own self …”

Selfishness is not considered a noble or good character trait. Everyone know that, except you it seems.

“The most beneficial human culture is that of Western Civilization, for it values material prosperity and technological innovation…”

You sound just like a talk-back host in my country who is utterly ignorant and arrogant and says that the standard of living here has “never ever ever been better” (despite increasing violence and crime) and he bases this idiotic pronouncement on the fact that he now has a vast array of choice in the brands and varieties of coffee he can buy at the supermarket. Yes, seriously! There are things far more important than materialism and technological innovation. Things like righteousness, moral living, integrity, supporting one’s family and community, etc.
Evil barbaric villains with highly technical weapons of depleted uranium and white phosphorus are evil barbaric villains nonetheless.

“Cultures that embrace silly superstitions of gods and super-natures like that of the so called Palestinians or their erstwhile sympathizers are inferior…”

Have you forgotten that the Israelis have just such a culture? They and the Palestinians share the same patriarchs of the faith!

“Therefore, it is morally good to assist the Israelis and to suppress or relocate the Palestinians to reservations.”

No, wrong. Dead wrong. It is morally repugnant to assist evil doers and war criminals like the Israelis, or to suppress a defenseless people or dispossess them of their land.

Peter James wrote “GOD IS ….”

    Sir God is impossible. Consider:

    1. To believe that a theistic creator deity exists, the believer must imagine their deity was in some timeless fashion akin to “before” existence alone in a timeless, non-spatial, void, without matter, energy, location, dimensions, fields, concepts, knowledge, symbols, perceptions, physical natural law, logic, or referents. And that it then wished existence to instantiate.

    2. Consciousness is an axiomatic irreducible primary process that at the most common denominative rung on a metaphorical ladder of complexity consists of awareness of existence.

    3. Consciousness of consciousness necessarily requires primary consciousness to first obtain as awareness of existence.

    4. Prior to existence there could not have been anything to be aware of.

    5. Without anything to be aware of, there could not have been any awareness.

    6. Without awareness there could not have been any consciousness.

    7. From 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 there could not have been a primordial consciousness prior to existence.

    8. Creator gods are defined as primordial consciousness.

    9. From 7 and 8 Creator gods cannot exist.

This argument is buttressed by the fact that information is contingent to material existence, for information consists of the juxtapositions of material elements such that the basal foundational identity of those elements casually interacting either produces an effect or forms a pattern. Patterns can be integrated and conceptualized thus allowing consciousness to assign meaning to that of which it is aware. Both information and consciousness are contingent to material existence. Hence the sort of god fantasized by followers of the Abrahamic religions is clearly impossible.

    • Henry

      Kevin, your ‘logic’ is flawed.

“1. To believe that a theistic creator deity exists, the believer must imagine their deity was in some timeless fashion akin to “before” existence alone in a timeless, non-spatial, void, without matter, energy, location, dimensions, fields, concepts, knowledge, symbols, perceptions, physical natural law, logic, or referents.”

God did not need to exist in a timeless non-spatial void. God is not part of creation in any way. He is not “in” his creation, he is outside of it. He was (and is) not dependent on our 3-dimensional space (or void), he was (and is) not dependent on the matter that now fills the space that God created, and he was (and is) not dependent on the energy that now courses through the universe. Rather, God is the ultimate source of them all.
It is hard to talk about the ‘time’ before time itself began, but let’s use the word ‘before’ for convenience. Before God created everything, he was not bereft of concepts, knowledge, perceptions, logic, etc as your paragraph above claims. Rather, God used them to create the universe, filling it with order and comprehensibility.

Your first point is shattered. This does not bode well for your assertion that God is impossible.

“4. Prior to existence there could not have been anything to be aware of.”

You forget that God is OUTSIDE our time-domain, so there is no “prior” really. God always existed. We humans simply cannot comprehend an environment not ruled by time. You also confuse our space-time domain with God’s domain. Our domain once did not exist or was empty right at its inception, but this does not mean that God’s domain was likewise. The bible speaks of God as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit all eternally existing as one unity, and the three are in communion with each other. Thus, each has always had awareness of the others. This is another break in your chain of logic, which means your conclusion will be invalid as a result.

“5. Without anything to be aware of, there could not have been any awareness.”

Notwithstanding what I wrote in the previous paragraph about Father/Son/Holy Spirit awareness factor, you are here confusing a faculty with the object of that faculty. I have two working eyes. Put me in a completely dark room and I will have nothing to see, but I do not lose my abilty to see. Again, another flaw in your logic that invalidates your conclusion.

“6. Without awareness there could not have been any consciousness.”

I’m sure there are many things you’re not aware of, but you still have consciousness I assume?

So, your logic falls apart and your conclusion becomes invalid.

“This argument is buttressed by the fact that information is contingent to material existence…”

Study Information Theory and you’ll discover that information is independent of matter. For instance, is the plastic of an audio CD the information? Or is it the little pits burned into the shiny surface? Or is it the pattern of the little pits? It is the latter of course, and the pattern is not the material itself. You could impose that pattern via a radio transmitter on an electromagnetic wave (again, a non-material thing) and send it through the vast nothing-ness of space to prove once again that the information is not dependent on matter as it soars through the universe.
Furthermore, information theory will also teach you that information always comes from a greater source of information and no information arises by itself. You can impart all (or almost all) of the information in your head to someone else, but you cannot impart more than what you have yourself. Tracing this backward, you’ll see that there must therefore be an ultimate source of all information, ergo: God.

The conclusion therefore is that not only is God possible, God is positively essential to explain the existence of the universe (space, matter, energy) and the information it contains.

  • PJMcNeill

Henry, I think you missed my point: there is no ‘God’. These books that you give credence to were written to give power and control over people in primitive cultures centuries ago, and none of them has any validity in the modern world.

There you go, preaching your own brand of ethnic cleansing.

I am no more likely to read ‘The Book of Revelation’ than I am to read Victoria Beckham’s autobiography: it’s not relevant or interesting.

  • Henry

PJMcNeill, how do (or can) you know there is no GOD? How did the universe come about then? It couldn’t have created itself, because before the supposed big-bang there was nothing. It must have a cause outside of itself, and this ultimate cause must be independent of matter, space, and time, otherwise it could not have created them.
Before dismissing God and the bible, you should study them more in-depth. You’ll find there are some amazing things about the bible that show that it was written by someone outside our time-domain who had the incredible intelligence to put in various codes to authenticate it. The universe and life itself also have the Designer’s fingerprints all over them. Scientists have also found many “out of place artifacts” which don’t fit in the evolutionary view of primitive apes evolving into civilised humans, but these artifacts fit in with the biblical view that man was intelligent from the beginning and created advanced civilisations from the dawn of time. There are plenty of clues that point to God, if you are willing to see them…
The mistreatment of the Palestinians has nothing to do with God, but everything to do with Satan deceiving man and promoting evil among them. Evils like evolution and racism and false religion and lust for money/power/land… These ultimately result in what is happening to the Palestinians now. If everyones lives as Jesus advocates, we would not be hating and killing one another. The beliefs that the talmud advocates are poison and this is what we must eradicate in order to have peace. But, like a malignant cancer, it is very hard to excise a belief that allows men to feel superior over their fellow man, or to feel no guilt as they cheat and deceive their fellow man, or to think that it is normal to have sex with children or animals, and so forth. The talmud must be exposed for the ungodly evil that it is, maybe then the eyes of the pretend-jews will be opened to allow them to see the error and evil of their ways. But, I think we’ll have to wait for the Messiah’s return in order to see the triump of good over evil.

  • Denise Freeman

It does not matter if there is a God the fact is the Israelis believe in a God we would call it Lucifer when they kill its seen as a sacrifice to this God of Light it was all set up by the Rothschild’s who view themselves as Illuminaties long with the word Nazi as it was unknown in Germany before the WW2 and the Holocaust which about the Jews only others who died are lesser people not even human in some case and anyone who says different is anti Semite so no one can win only the Jewish people. It is all rubbish and those who rule Israel know this but they so;d their soul for money=power to the USA and became the the major base for the USA, now they have to make everyone else want to have them as the rulers of the world evil is always attractive to some but not to many and that is the problem the many who do not what them or their laws so they us violence which is coming back on them What you Sow so shall you reap.

  • It goes without saying that these rogues need to be tried. And then muzzled, declawed and neutered. As a Canadian I am in full agreement with the fact that our duplicitous leaders must atone for their sins also.

Until last year I had no idea how complicit Canada was and have not held my head high as a Canadian since. Now I see the effects of Zionism everywhere. We, those Canadians who know, are at present battling to keep our freedom of speech because a goodly number of us are jailed or tied up in the courts for daring criticize Israel. We are not complicit but the majority are brainwashed to the nth degree as with the majority of US citizens.

As with the US, the Chabad Lubavitch run the show behind closed doors. These are the Talmud spewing fanatics who form the majority of the rabbis of Israel and work hard to keep those settlements coming. I am a tad unsure of their relationship to the Hassidim of Israel, but they say, if you want to clear all the Palestinians out of an area, ship in a settlement of Hassidim, more hate-filled creatures you will never find. Actually, it is very easy to be a Chabad and infiltrate places of power. Just shave and cut off the curls, put on regular clothing, and there you are. Quite a few of those in government ….

Britain, Canada, Egypt, the US, remember it is the governments not the people. My Cairo friend tells me that everyone he knows and all over the streets, people wear the keffiyah as unspoken support for their cousins in Palistine. It is Mubarak, not the lovely Egyptian on the street. (Yeah he is very handsome, my friend).

How far back in the leaderships do you go? To the beginning, the creeps who agreed with Rothschild to set up Israel, which was why WW1 was organized? Or was it Hitler, Churchill and the pres who were helping to create Israel as drawn up after WW1? Or do we just go with those involved in the Gazan Holocaust?

Who enforces punishment? Because the two worst, US and Israel, will never obey voluntarily. Any study of both nations shows they really don’t give a flying fig about the opinions of others. And to be honest, America has become much much worse since the Zionists began to infiltrate government at the turn of the last century.

I would like to see our traitorous prime ministers pay for their crimes. But not the average person. We condemn Israel for collective punishment and must remember this.
Until the debt is paid, there will be no lasting peace.

Why appeal to the Egyptian government when Mashaal could have appealed to the people of Egypt?

It’s hard to stop crying over what that criminal nation is doing, so many nights I’ve lain awake feeling guilty that I found it hard not to hate those thugs. Last night I saw a Palestinian boy crying because an Israeli soldier tortured his dad by repeatedly shooting him in the legs. As a Christian I believe Peter’s words in Acts 10:34-35, and what helps is to believe God is no respecter of persons and WILL dispense righteous judgment on those criminals and send them to the hell they so richly deserve!
