This complaint resulted out of having been assaulted by a soldier while explaining Hebron to a visiting commitee of the Palestinian-American Congress. A jewish woman from Tel-Aviv, who was beaten by the soldiers in the same incident for protecting Kawther, filed a complaint with the police.
