Noam Federman

Noam Federman, violent settler indicted many times for terrorism but protected by Israeli authorities.

Noam is a member of the terrorist organizations Kach, Jewish Underground, Gush Emunim. He is the leader of the terrorists of the Hilltop movement, a new terror movement founded by Federman which seizes Palestinian strategic hilltops throughout the West Bank.

He is married with Elisheva Federman, the daughter of American settler David Ramati who lives in Kiryat Arba.

Noam and Elisheva Federman live in the Beit Hadassa settlement (Al-Dabboia settlement) in Al-Shuhada street in Hebron

Federman and his wife have has eight children.

Federman was jailed, and placed under house arrest several times. He accused of masterminding the infamous “Bat-Ayin” Jewish terrorist ring.

On 23 May 1994 Noam Federman was placed under administrative detention.

In July 20, 2001 his car exploded in Kiryat Arab’a. The explosive material which exploded in his car belonged to him and was being prepared for attacking Palestinians.

In 2004 Federman was arrested on suspicion of involvement in a plot to detonate a powerful bomb in the courtyard of a school for Arab girls in the A-Tur neighborhood of East Jerusalem.

Noam's wife Elisheva stated that Arabs are “human scum, if they do not leave, we should indiscriminately bomb them”.

Elisheva has harassed young girls at Qortobah school, she spat in the face of the former major of Hebron, Mustfa Al_Natsheh, during a visit he made to the Qortobah school.

A brother of Noam is Eli Federman, who served in the Golani 12th Battalion and fought in Lebanon.
Eli lived in Thailand for many years where he married and became an expert in Thai kickboxing.

Rina Federman is the mother of Noam Federman, she is a right-wing activist, she participates in the Anti-Arab demonstrations of "Women in Green". She live in Talpiot, where she raised her sons. Talpiot is an illegal settlement built in a Jerusalem neighborhood stolen from Palestinians.
