Lieutenant Colonel Fuad Halhal is a Druze officer of the IDF, and a war criminal.
He is or was attached to the “Military- Civil” administration of the so-called The Israeli Coordinator Office in Jenin. Previously he had been in Tul Karm and Hebron. Halhal was one of the worse IDF soldiers who I remember from Hebron.
He was involved in the Jenin Massacre in 2002, during which hundreds of civilians were murdered and a significant part of the city was destroyed. He spread false rumors about the situation in Jenin during this IDF massacre against Palestinian civilians.
Officer Halhal served at the Israeli "Civil Administration" of Hebron as an officer at the permit department under the command of Shalom Goldstein and Baruch Nagar.
Fuad Halhal is from the village of Shafa Amer in the north of the West Bank.
Fuad Halhal was involved in denying sick people permissions to make necessary visits to hospitals and doctors, what caused many deaths and suffering among people from villages near Hebron.
