General Moshe "Bugi" Yaalon, (משה (בּוֹגִי) יַעֲלוֹן) is a former chief of staff of the IDF. On July 9, 2002 was appointed as the 17th IDF Chief-of-Staff until June 1, 2005.
He was responsible for planning the invasion and destruction of various Palestinian cities in the West Bank.
Moshe Yaalon is responsible for the massacre of Jenin in 2002.
Yaalon is directly responsible for crimes of genocide and ethnic cleansing under International laws and treaties which Israel has signed.
Yaalon is responsible for the murder of 4641 Palestinians, among them 826 under the age of 18, and 289 woman.
At IDF checkpoints in the West Bank 289 persons were killed. Among them were persons of old age, sick people trying to access medical services, children and pregnant women. He jailed 2925 Palestinians from the West Bank.
In June 1995, Ya’alon was appointed OC Intelligence and promoted to the rank of Major-General.
In May 1998, he was appointed OC Central Command. In this position he was responsible for planning and implementing many assassinations of Palestinian.
Yaalon signed thousands of orders for confiscation of lands and buildings, what caused the disposession and displacement of thousands of Palestinian families. These were measures with the clear purpose of effecting ethnic cleansing in the West Bank. This a grave crime on International laws against genocide which Israel has signed.
