Kamil Abu Rokun

Brigadier General Kamil Abu Rokun,
Kamil Abu Rokun is a Druze officer from the north of Israeli, from the Israeli-Arab village of Beit Jan.

He is a former head of the of the Israeli military government “Civil Administration” in Gaza, then in Beit Il near Ramallah.

Abu Rokun committed acts of genocide and ethnical cleansing against the Palestinians in Gaza and in the cities of the West Bank. He denied thousands of sick people in critical conditions the Israeli permit to go to the hospitals in Jordan, in Israel and in the occupied city of Jerusalem, where the UN hospital for refugees is located, to seek treatment.

Abu Rokun caused death for hundreds of innocent civilians, infants, old people, for cancer and kidney patients, who were denied medical treatment at the right time by the criminal Abu Rokun.

on January 3 2006, Abu Rokun signed a military order which bars Palestinians with Israeli permits to enter Jerusalem, from entering via the roads that the illegal Israeli squatters use in the Palestinian cities in the West Bank and from the West Bank to Jerusalem and Israel.

Abu Rokun listed 11 crossing points that the Palestinians with Israeli permits were allowed to use. Eight of these 11 crossings are not on the Green Line or what is called Israel, but either within the West Bank or inside territory illegally annexed to Jerusalem in 1967. He denied the Palestinians free access and movement in their own homeland, and declared these roads as accessible only to the illegal Jewish squatters and the IDF.
