An official secret statistic made by the military and send to the office of the Central Command, and to the Border Police head quarter, shows that there are 47% of the IDF Golani soldiers and the Border Police who served at the West Bank cities and on the borders are suffering of mental, psychological, and perverted diseases. They also drugs dealers. The Palestinians are the only victims of these soldiers. August 2000 the secret report reach the Israeli media, and made a huge scandal. The Israeli Newspapers wrote that that the IDF central Commad was hiding the result of this internal investigations and statistics. The results shows that the sick group of the IDF soldiers commited to many serious and dangerous events during their official activities, (shooting, stealing, taking briberies, killing). These events touch the public security of the Israeli State. Thousands of Palestinians were the victims of these soldiers on the borders and in the West Bank cities. There were thousands of official complaints made by the Palestinians at the Israeli justice unit in Givat Shaoul.
