Moneer Uthman Hasan Gareeb from the village Deir Abu Mishal near Ramallah, a 14 years old child, is being held in the Beit Il military jail since two months.

The child is a patient of Dyspnea & Allergy.

A military court tried him two week ago and sentenced him to 14 months in jail and to pay three thousand Shekels, and afterwards to five years of jail with suspended sentence.

The child was transferred into an isolated cell. His family is denied from visiting him and from posting him clothes since he was arrested. According to the Al-Quds newspaper from Jerusalem published on Sunday, June 1st, 2003, the childs life is in danger. He is in critical health condition, and he appeals to Human Rights organizations, the Unesco and to all defenders of human rights in the world to rescue his life.
